On Williams Islands, there is a small, exclusive community of single family homes along the water. Closed in December 2025 and sold by Hillel Shohet. The new owner, Adam Gordon is CEO and owner of the Fort Lauderdale Collection, a high-end automotive automotive dealership that also has locations in Pompano Beach and Boca Raton.
