Golden Shores real estate is defined by limited inventory and high demand, making it an more exclusive single family home community in Sunny Isles Beach.

The properties are all single family homes. There are a handful of waterfront homes, located on North Bay Road, which can offer private docks for the homeowner's boat. The remaining homes in the community are interior single family homes. Over the past several years, many developers have been purchasing lots, with and without dwellings on them, in order to build new, contemporary homes. Several of the new construction properties offer a modern luxury look while other homes in the community have more of a Mediterranean style appeal.

Due to the small community size and zoning, Golden Shores offers limited inventory which helps support long term property value and appreciation.
