Upon entering the front entrance, concierge service will greet you, check in guests and direct them to the appropriate elevators to the unit. The building is well maintained and enjoyed by full time residents as well as snow birds who visit their properties at various times throughout the winter months.

The building does offer residents and guests chairs and umbrellas at the beach.

Although there is an association with several amenities, a community pool is not one of them. Nearly all of the homes in the development have their own private pool, and residents can also use the beach directly across Collins Avenue.
